EVALUATION OF THE DOSE LEVELS IN THE IRRADIATION CHANNELS OF PU-BE NEUTRON SOURCES STORAGE DEVICE BY USING NEUTRON ACTIVATION ANALYSIS AND MCNP6 MODELLING

PuBeneutrons sources of Educational Neutron Laboratory in the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology are used several activities including neutron activation educational purposes laboratory irradiation experiments. In this work we address dose rate estimation channels reconstructed PuBe storage device particular positions dedicated experiments using analysis (NAA) MCNP6 modelling.The results on V 2 O 5 , MnO Al Na CO 3 were analyzed compared with model prediction results. The conclusions actual flux energy distribution corrections drawn. absolute intensity at points as well gamma rates obtained.
